My thoughts on Covid -19

I just finished my last posting on My Life Story entitled Retirement: Last Things. If you have been following along, I’ve been basically telling my story, as much as I remember of it. If you look at my categories, I have 62 total posts with ten different subcategories. Now I plan on making it into a book; that was my plan all along. So, next I will go through it and edit it, then write a short intro, and then I will go through the process, with Lulu, of making it into a book.

So, anyway, since I needed to write on something else, I thought I would let you know what I am thinking about Covid-19, and also the riots. I’ll take one at a time. Today it’s Covid-19.

Where Did It Start?

We know it started in China, probably in one of their labs. But the big question most of us are asking is, was it accidental or intentional? I have no idea, but I know that the devil will take anything, whether accidental or intentional, and turn it into something very evil.

We know that as soon as the Chinese authorities were aware that the virus had gotten loose, they put a ban on all travel in China; but they did not put a ban on their jets going out to other countries. What does that that tell you? That tells me that they were not only thinking of themselves for good, but that they were planning evil on others. Yes, they were intentionally wanting to see all the world, except themselves, be infected by the virus. Why? I can think of two reasons: 1) To give them superior power in the world. They mistakenly may have thought that they would be okay and all others would be infected. 2) To reduce the world’s population. They no doubt are connected to new age thinking: that the world needs to substantially be less populated.

How to Deal with It

Now, regardless of how we think Covid-19 started, we should deal with it as responsibly as we can. Here are six points of discussion:

1. What about this malaria drug I’ve heard so much about, hydroxychloroquine? I have heard some very positive things about it, mostly from conservatives. I’ve heard that some countries in Africa are taking it and that’s why their death rates are so low. And I’ve heard that some very qualified doctors are saying that if you take it early enough it really helps. So why is it rejected in the U. S., especially by the media? I have two ideas: 1) The drug is too cheap. Drug companies will not make enough money on it. 2) The new age elites know that if it is widely used, not enough people will die, and that will blow their entire depopulation plan right out the window. They can’t have that! So, they have to shut it down.

2. Social distancing and masks. I don’t think anything we do will totally eliminate an airborne virus. But I am in favor of doing all we can to reduce it. So, that’s why I really try to remember to wear the mask and keep my 6-foot distance from people. I think the discipline of doing it is good for us.  What can it hurt to wear a mask? As long as we wash it out regularly.

3. School. I think it’s ridiculous that children are not returning to school. They are not getting the virus and they need to get back to school! Those who are keeping kids back may be a part of the evil new age conspiracy, or they are taken in by the fear of others—which is of the devil.

4. Vaccines. Most people are all for a vaccine. But I have heard some very scary stuff. I have heard that it is now possible to manipulate one’s DNA through vaccinations—and that is something that the coming Antichrist may try to do. But as a Christian, we need not worry about that. I think all fear of those things are of the devil. I continue to have hope and to look for His coming.

5. I am appalled by what Governor Cuomo did, moved Covid patients into nursing homes. What was he thinking? I keep wondering if he did it intentionally—to kill more people. But whatever the reason, maybe just stupidity, he ought to resign or be fired over it. He is not qualified to be governor.

6. Economic loss. Overall, there has been such a lack of wisdom and bad decision making as a response to Covid. But we are only human. Our experts did their best to judge what to do. I constantly pray for them and for our President. However, I tend to think that some of the responses are intentionally negative in an effort to try to suck more and more money out of our treasury. I’m thinking of Pelosi and Schumer with their 3 trillion-dollar bill. It is totally irresponsible. They are just using Covid to grab more money in order to invest in their new age ideas—the green new deal and marijuana, etc.  Good grief, at least half of what is in the bill is not Covid related or in any way will help our economy or our people.

President Trump and his staff need to be tough and fight against all the evil efforts to destroy this country of ours. Let us pray for them that they would be wise. And let us pray for all people and especially for fellow Christians that we will keep praying and trusting in God through it all. Let joy rule in your heart!

Covid-19: Used by Satan and the Globalists to Reduce the Population

Chinese traveling from China to New York and around the World.

Just today I read that Peter Navarro, the Presidents top aid, suggested that for two months the Chinese hid the Covid-19 virus from the world and then sent hundreds of thousands of infected Chinese on aircraft to Milan, New York and around the world. However, the President doesn’t think that it was deliberate, but accidental.

Nonetheless, whether it was accidental or deliberate, we can believe that it has been Satan’s plot to kill people. And in case you didn’t know it, it has been that globalists dream to reduce the population to 500 million people. So, why wouldn’t they use covid-19 to help fulfill that goal. And you can bet that more viruses—accidental or not—will be on the way. We should be prepared.

Who are the globalists? I think most of the world is, but the die-hard globalists are certainly the Chinese, and the World Health Organization, and Bill Gates, and people like Nancy Pelosi and the Clinton’s and the Obama’s. Stay tuned to more globalist news—but at the same time keep trusting the Lord!

Hospital Warriors: On the Front Lines

Here is my daughter Justina, on the left, with a friend. They are hospital nurses, in full protective gear, caring for covid-19 patients.

I had just called and talked to my daughter Justina (pictured on the left), and she described for me her work with covid-19 patients and what she wears to protect herself. She sent me this picture. I just finished writing an article, After Vietnam, about my Vietnam experience and how it seemed that God was watching over me and keeping me safe…maybe for some greater purpose. Now I’m thinking, what if I had died in that war? I would have never been married and given my kids. And my daughter would not be here now to be the great front-line warrior that she is—saving many lives. And she is also a Christian warrior who is not ashamed to share her faith. She is a mother of two great kids.

HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY TO ALL MOTHERS!

Of Monsters and Beasts — -Wings of the Dawn-

I came in the house carried food from afar Like women of old, who shopped at bazaars. Was tired and beat from reading the signs, From standing on blue tape and waiting in lines. “How was it?” my hubs and all the kids asked. I collapsed in the chair and took off my mask. “Oh, […]

Hurt Not the Oil and the Wine — Ernie’s Musings

And I heard a voice in the midst of the four beasts say, A measure of wheat for a penny, and three measures of barley for a penny; and see thou hurt not the oil and the wine. (Revelation 6:6) The Wuhan bug[1] continues to impact the world economy. Without a doubt, the virus presents […]

Unprecedented

The world is headed fast toward globalism, and things like this pandemic are speeding it up as nations are learning more and more how to work together in a crisis.

Ernesto E. Carrasco, M.C.Ed.'s avatarErnie's Musings

For since the beginning of the world men have not heard, nor perceived by the ear, neither hath the eye seen, O God, beside thee, what he hath prepared for him that waiteth for him. (Isaiah 64:4)

Tune your television to any news station you like these days and you will hear the word “unprecedented” repeated often. The rapid worldwide spread of the Wuhan Bug[1] is unprecedented. Those infected by the virus display no symptoms for up to 21 days yet remain contagious and spread it to others unknowingly. That is unprecedented. The shelter-in-place orders around the world are unprecedented. The effect of the virus on the global economy is unprecedented. The loss of employment in the United States (and around the world) – currently over 17% — is unprecedented. Many store shelves are empty of cleaning supplies, drinking water, assorted food items, and TOILET PAPER…

Media’s Response to Trump on WHO Suspension of Funds is Revealing

Yes, the WHO has been China’s puppet. They have conspired with China to hide critical information about the Coronavirus Pandemic.

An article by the Los Angeles Times together with the New York Times, in my newspaper, the Saint Paul Pioneer Press, entitled Trump suspends WHO funding, was quite revealing as to where the Media stands. Of course, they present a glowing picture of both China and the WHO (World Health Organization), and a very critical picture of President Trump. No surprise! Let me just highlight a few of their words, and my comments (in Bold).

The article begins by stating…

The suspension threatens to undermine the WHO, the United Nations agency for international public health, as it seeks to coordinate governments in the battle against a pandemic that already has left more than 125,000 people dead in about 200 countries.

Note the use of their words. It says that the WHO “seeks to coordinate governments.” And that the Trump administration “threatens to undermine” them. No. that’s not right. The WHO has sided with a very dishonest and un-transparent government—of China. They conspired with China to hide critical information about Covid-19 so that China wouldn’t get blamed and would look good to the world. The only way they seek to coordinate governments is to spread China’s disinformation to make them look good and to make America look like the villain. And the Trump Administration doesn’t exactly want to undermine them; they want to shut them down—because they are siding with China who is the true villain. I’m not sure what Trump will do, but I agree that we can’t support the WHO, and we also should do whatever we can to persuade other countries not to support them. We need a WHO that will be fair to all and will not give in to corrupt countries like China.

The article goes onto say…

But the announcement [to suspend WHO funding] was consistent with Trump’s efforts to deflect blame for his delay in declaring a national emergency until mid-March…

No, Trump did more than anyone to stop the pandemic. He ordered a travel-ban on China as soon as he knew of the virus threat. And he would have done it sooner if China and the WHO would have been honest and humble enough to admit what had happened—that the virus had begun. Yes, if they had immediately told the world of the spreading of the virus as soon as they knew of it, the covid-19 could have been contained in China. But they covered it up and now they are blaming everything on Trump and making up stories of how it began by our military. That is disgraceful!

Well, wouldn’t you know. The democrats are also protesting against Trump. They will never let a pandemic go to waste. To them, this is just another opportunity to blame Trump for something. Oh, they were “outraged over the suspension of U.S. support for the WHO.” They suggested that “Trump was trying to deflect attention from the laggard federal response to the crisis by blaming a little-known U.N. agency for its operations in China.”

They are 180 degrees wrong. The WHO along with China are entirely to blame, and Trump deserves more praise than anyone for his untiring work. If it wasn’t for our great President, our country and the world would have at least three times as many deaths as we do now. We own him a huge debt of gratitude.

Why No Toilet Paper? Here’s Why

The main reason why you can’t find toilet paper on the shelves is because people have been hoarding it.

And the next question you may ask is, why can’t we just make more? Here’s the answer:

The big three U.S. toilet paper companies – Georgia-Pacific LLC, Proctor and Gamble Co. and Kimberly-Clark Corp. – were already running their toilet paper plants 24 hours a day before the new coronavirus hit…Toilet paper is bulky and not very profitable, so retailers don’t keep a lot of inventory on hand.

(Dee-Ann Durbin, Associated Press)

So apparently, companies are already producing as much as is possible, so when people board it, it is impossible to meet the demands—unless more companies are built or more machines are made. But in the meantime, Companies can’t keep up and the shelves will be empty much of the time.

What can be done?

Here are four possible answers:

  1. Raising the prices might stop the hoarding some—if the hoarders are poor.
  2. People must learn to use less TP.
  3. People must stop hoarding. Maybe they need to be educated that they don’t need to hoard, that when they do, they are being selfish. But who will educate them?
  4. Do we need to build more TP companies to satisfy the needs of the hoarders?

Positive News Tidbits, 4/6/20

I love to hear positive news, even while we are going through this pandemic. Here are some bits of positive news, and some positive thoughts.

  1. Unlike most other nations, Finland has been stockpiling medical gear like surgical masks for years. They have plenty! As I read in my morning newspaper, Finland’s location (next to the Soviet Union) and historical lessons have taught the nation to prepare for the worst. Now they are fully prepared.
  2. I have been daily chart-reading the COVID-19. It appears that the top nations in the EU that are infected (Spain, Italy, Germany and France) are now on a downward slope. That means that the US will soon follow. It is my guess that we may hit the peak in just a few days, level off, and then begin a decline.
  3. I was reading how Leah Beno, one of Minnesota’s top news anchors, has been learning new things and adjusting to her new work environment—having to work at home with her kids. People all over the country are learning and making adjustments. That’s a good thing! The more we learn the more we are prepared for what’s to come. And these trials will help us to be stronger and a better person.
  4. Good news for non-Christians. This coronavirus is a warning to you of what’s coming—a foreshadowing of terrible times ahead, prophesied in Revelation 6:6-7. God cares about you and is giving you this warning so you can be prepared for what’s to come. Your only way to prepare is to repent and start believing in Him. He is your only way of escape.
  5. Good news for Christians. This pandemic is telling us now that Christ’s coming is very soon! Be ready! And be excited!
