We have been talking about the setting up of the millennial kingdom.  After the government is put in place, I think the second thing Jesus will do is order the enlargement of Palestine to its promised dimensions.  The first mention of this land covenant is in Genesis 15:18.

On that day the Lord made a covenant with Abram, saying,

“To your descendants I have given this land, from the river of Egypt as far as the great river, the river Euphrates:

This description, as you can see, is quite general and a bit vague.  A more specific border description is in Numbers 34:1-12.  It is the description that was given by the Lord to Moses just before the Jews entered the land.  Well, wouldn’t you know it, the border description in Ezekiel 47:13-20, though worded a bit differently, is exactly the same.
